    Love this place.  I don't live in State College anymore, but I still think about their wings.  The boneless wings with fries were my go to.  Amazing!  Highly recommend!

    30 minutes before closing and they wouldn't even open the door for a to go order or answer the phone. Looked at me through the window and motioned that they were done for the night. Then why have hours posted until 1 am if you're not taking orders? Really f***** up. I've worked in hospitality. My manager would not have stood for that kind of behavior. Think again.

    I read the reviews before I ordered for delivery and my experience was similar to many.  Several of the extra items I ordered and paid extra for were not delivered (celery, blue cheese).  Based on other reviews this was not shocking.  Double checking an order apparently is not something they do here.

    The sweet chili boneless wings (really chicken fingers) are really good.  The traditional buffalo wings were not - small and soggy despite not being over-sauced.  Since I was craving buffalo wings, I was disappointed with the quality.

    Not what it used to be. I'm a PSU alumni who frequented Wings Over just about every weekend. I make a point to stop every time I visit and am always left disappointed. The chicken is always cooked perfectly but the flavor of the sauces is just not good (I always get wimpy or cruisin altitude and it tastes sort of sweet). Call me old school, but I prefer the crinkle cut fries over the waffle as well. They're either soggy or overcooked. I noticed that the ranch is different as well an sort of bland. Definitely missing the Wings over of the past.

    I ordered a Puddle Jumper and the Hooked Deal App had an offer that included free side with any order over $5 (screenshot included). I asked the cashier about the deal and he told me that Hooked deals were valid till 7:00 PM. After mentioning that the Hooked app still had the deal, the cashier was very understand and checked with his boss and his boss said that they would not accept the deal since it's past 7 PM. It was weird because they still had an offer running on a partner App (Hooked).

    I give them one star not because they did not accept the deal but because of their customer service and business professionalism.

    I am a regular at Wings Over Happy Valley and they have great food, but their customer service was disappointing today.
